The Challenge
Following multiple acquisitions, the enterprise was running five different legacy accounting and inventory systems. Executive reporting took weeks of manual Excel compilation. Supply chain opacity led to massive overstocking in some regions and stockouts in others. They urgently required a single source of truth capable of handling high-velocity, multi-currency data streams without breaking existing operations.
Execution
The Fattah Solution
We initiated a phased migration strategy. First, we built a robust API middleware layer to securely pipe data from legacy systems into a centralized Snowflake data warehouse. Next, we custom-built a scalable ERP platform using Spring Boot and React, implementing strict role-based access control and multi-currency ledgers. Finally, we engineered a visual workflow UI to automate approval processes and procurement completely.
