High-Performance E-Commerce Platform Redesign
A leading national retailer was losing revenue due to sub-optimal page load times and frequent crashes during peak sale events. Fattah re-architected their entire commerce ecosystem.
Context
The Challenge
The client was operating on a deeply customized legacy monolithic platform. During Black Friday and flash sales, database locks and server crashes were common. Page load times averaged 4.5 seconds, severely penalizing their SEO rankings and mobile conversion rates. They needed a profoundly scalable solution that would decouple their frontend user experience from their heavy backend processing.
Execution
The Fattah Solution
We engineered a fully headless architecture. We extracted their product catalog and pricing logic into microservices managed by FastAPI. For the frontend, we built a highly optimized Next.js application distributed across a global CDN. Checkout was completely rewritten to integrate securely with Stripe APIs while utilizing Redis caching to serve product data in less than 50 milliseconds.
